Long-ago Bereaved
Sadly in the past, mothers were not encouraged to see, name or be involved in their baby’s funeral. Thankfully, in the modern day, this is no longer the case. These parents obviously never forget their baby and in time may approach us to try and trace the resting place of their baby.

We have helped many long ago bereaved people to trace their resting place. Also if the baby was born after 28 weeks gestation, we can approach Register House for a stillbirth extract and have the baby’s Christian name added.

This has helped many of the parents who have contacted us.
