Befriending
You may feel a group situation is not for you and this is why we offer a one-to-one service. We do not do home visits in the Lothians but you are very welcome to come into our office for a one-to-one with a befriender. If you wish to come in for a one-to-one please contact the SANDS Lothians office. 

Our befrienders are all bereaved parents who can relate to how you feel. We are hoping to start up a group in East and West Lothian. If you are interested in helping please contact Jeni.
